Hardeshøj Færgegård is a magnificent country estate with panoramic views of the Alssund. The country estate, which used to be a ferry inn, was originally built in 1870, extensively renovated in 2002 and continuously modernized, making it an attractive vacation home.
The 800 m² estate offers unlimited possibilities. Here is a 170 m² fantastic bathing landscape with a 76 m² swimming pool with swimming trainer and water slide, a 7-pers. whirlpool and a sauna for 12 persons. The bathing area is connected with the rest of the house by a beautiful glass passage along the whole wall. At the glass passage there is a beautiful terrace of 40 m², which is completely undisturbed.
The 3,000 m² natural plot is located directly on the shore with beach, with the fishing port, a small ferry dock and the marina. From the large south-facing terrace with a brick screen against the water, there is a fantastic view from the first floor of everything and life on the Alsfjord. The entire house is harmoniously and stylishly decorated, and with billiards and table tennis, there is never a dull moment.
Hardeshøj Færgegård is ideal for a family celebration in wonderful surroundings. You will be personally welcomed and informed about the house on arrival, and you can contact the owner before the vacation for practical information. If you would like to hold a small conference or seminar with your company, you are perfectly accommodated here. Unlimited ADSL connection DKK 150,- per week. Here is offered the largest vacation home in the area, with a harmonious and stylish interior. In the main house, the living room measures 55 m², with a wood-burning stove and a fantastic view of the Sound. Intermediate hallway with office; dining room/conference room (90 m2). Fully professionally equipped kitchen, cooking island with eight hotplates. Activity room (60 m2) with, among other things, billiards and table tennis. 3 bathrooms. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large terrace facing south with a brick screen, only 20 m from the shore.
The upper floor offers 12 bedrooms, ten of which have double beds and the last two are furnished with two single beds each. In addition, there are three bathrooms. From the hallway you can access a roof terrace with a magnificent view of the Sound.
