Villa La Collina is a charming country house, fully renovated on a preexisting farmhouse, offering all modern comforts. It is located 7 km from Gubbio amidst the romantic panorama of the hilly Gubbio valley and medieval towns.
A white stone road will bring you to this wonderful vacation home with private garden, rose cultivation and fruit trees. A terrace and a pergola offer fantastic views of the landscape. There is a salted water swimming pool (15x6m) with night illumination. Complete privacy is guaranteed while you rest under the shadow of the olive trees or enjoy the professional barbeque and grill.
Exposed timber beams, handmade stonewalls and brickwork lintel are combined with refined furnishings and antique and classic details from all over the world melted into a unique and exclusive rural home. From May till late September the swimming pool provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor relaxation including an ample, charming wisteria pergola, the al fresco shower nested in an olive tree and a dining table for 10 under the rose covered veranda, just next to the barbeque area.
To complete the guest´s comfort there is automatic garden irrigation, an alarm system, Wi Fi and TV. In winter a floor heating including the habitable veranda provides cozy warmth.
The villa’s 300 square meters are divided over three floors with separate entrances and connected by a contemporary internal spiral staircase.
Close by you will find many possible activities as trekking, hiking, horseback riding or golfing. Half an hour by car you may experience paragliding on Monte Cucco.
Just 15 minutes by car lies the town of Gubbio with it´s rich medieval and roman architecture.
All the art cities of Umbria are reachable in less than an hour. The Frasassi Caves or the Furlo gorge are just a few of the breathtaking natural wonders of the area.

The villa is composed of 4 double bedrooms, 3 single bedrooms, a room with 2 single sofa beds, 5 bathrooms (5 showers and 1 bathtub). 2 living rooms with fireplace, kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction plates, coffee machine, kettle). At the lower floor there is a wooden Jacuzzi for 2 people. A nice veranda and patio are at the guest´s disposal.

    “Wir haben als Gruppe von 11 Freunden einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara hat uns sehr nett empfangen und auch sonst verlief die Kommunikation äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert.
    Das Haus ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Generell ist es genau wie auf den Bildern.
    Ich kann das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen, egal ob als Familie(n) oder als Gruppe von Freunden. Man ist hier ungestört und stört auch niemanden, wenn man mal etwas lauter ist.”
