Villa Strelitzia is situated above the Costa Adeje with a fantastic view over the whole coast and Playa de las Americas. When looking at the Atlantic Ocean you can occasionally see the neighbouring island La Gomera. In the evening, one has a wonderful view to the sea of lights of the city. But also the view to the top is worthwhile: one can enjoy the mountain panorama to the Roque del Conde (Table Mountain).

The location is very quiet and nevertheless central, as one can reach the beaches of the Costa Adeje and Las Americas in a few minutes by car. Also to the picturesque harbour of Los Cristianos it is not far.

A new attraction is the newly opened SIAM-Park as well as the neighbouring Aqua-Park Octopus.

Shopping facilities are also nearby, you can get bread rolls on foot and then have breakfast together outside on the terrace. Las Americas is the tourist centre with numerous bars, restaurants and sports and shopping facilities. The climate is mild and warm all year round.

Other activities: thermal spa (SPA) and SIAM park nearby.

Golf: In the nearby Golf del Sur there are various golf possibilities, where many celebrities have already played golf on the island.

The Villa Strelitzia is situated above the Costa Adeje in an exclusive villa area and offers a breathtaking view over the whole coast. The villa belongs to the objects of the absolute top class of Tenerife and is high-quality and very tastefully furnished. All colors and fabrics are very exclusive and

you can enjoy the evenings with one another.

You can enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean. On a clear day you can see the neighbouring islands La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro.

The living space amounts to altogether approx. 250 square meters and is distributed on three floors.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room, a large living room and the guest toilet.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, high-speed Internet (WLAN), flat-screen television satellite programs and a stereo system. Numerous games for beautiful family evenings are also available.

At the large dining table in the living and dining area, as well as in the patio, six persons find comfortable place. There is another dining area in the pool area.

The attached, open kitchen has a modern electric stove with ceramic hob and a kitchenette.

Cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine,

Toaster and kettle.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds (2.00 x 1.80 m and 2.00 x 1.60 m). There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. The larger bedroom has a large furnished balcony with a fantastic sea view.

In the basement there is a second living room, a bedroom with double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m), bathroom with shower and toilet, a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are available for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

The outside area of the holiday villa offers guests a well-kept garden, a pool bar and - directly at the pool entrance - another bathroom with shower and toilet.

All necessary garden furniture can be found on the spacious sun terrace,

Sunshades, sun loungers including sheets and upholstery. For the barbecue evening at the pool there is - on request - an outdoor barbecue available.

The pool has a size of approx. 5 m x 6 m, is 1.40 m deep and has a counter-current system. The pool can optionally be heated for a fee of 150 euros per week.

Free internet access via WLAN is available in the entire house.

Pets are allowed. Of course you are allowed to smoke outside.
