From the hills of the Pesa valley, Pratale Apartments is located near city of Tavernelle Val di Pesa, the estates receive it guest in four old manors which have been completely restored and are now divided into several independent apartments of different sizes, restored and furnished in the ancient style of Tuscan countryside, respecting the architectural style of the period.
The Fattoria are located in the historical region of Chianti and Chianti Classico and they are 4-5 km away one from the other.
We are a traditional holiday home in Tuscany with swimming pools. The 2 rural houses have 3 swimming pools with spa’s, surrounded by greenery, looking at our vineyards. Perfect place for a family holiday in Tuscany. You can enjoy the swimming pools from May 15th to September 30th. They are fully equipped with: sun beds, sun deckchair, chairs and sun umbrellas
Relax and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere!
The swimming pools size are about 12 x 6 meters, depth 1,50 meters and with little pools for children.
If you are looking for a special wedding villa in Tuscany, we can be the perfect location thanks to 2 big beautiful dining rooms and spacious patio outside by the garden and the beautiful terrace over the valley, for a very romantic atmosphere.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a patio ouside furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the spectular views of the Tuscan hills.

Heaters cannot be turned on in our area until Nov. 8 by law
The pools are open from 15 May to 30 September and are available exclusively for those staying at the property. Upon check-in, you are required to read and sign the regulations governing the use of the pools.
The parking area is available for all of our guests. It is possible to park near the apartment exclusively for unloading / loading luggage. It is strictly forbidden to park on the grass and / or in non-driveway areas and in any case outside the parking lot.
All the apartments 2 rooms are located inside the Pratale Apartments structure near the city of Tavernelle Val di Pesa , each apartment has 1 double bedroom, living room with kitchen corner and a double sofabed, bathroom. The kitchen area is equipped with 4 gas hobs, little oven, fridge with refrigerator and all the utensils and dishes for cooking. Moreover you have bedroom and kitchen linen, towels, drying rack and ironing facilities, heating, safety deposit box, satellite TV. Both ground and first floor. THE IMAGES ARE GENERIC, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SPECIFIC APARTMENT.
