Part of the exclusive “Melograno Villas” complex, Villa Melograno III is a stunning, brand new property able to sleep up to 8/10 guests in stylish interiors (fully air-conditioned) surrounded by extensive gardens with private pool. Extremely well located close to the seaside resorts of Kalamaki and Laganas, yet just a short transfer away from the airport, this property has all the ingredients to impress for its quality and unbeatable value for money.

Inside the villa is modern, airy and welcoming, with top of the range appliances and furniture. It is for sure the ideal home away from home for a summer holiday. Villa Melograno III is set over 2 floors, connected via an internal staircase, and the whole villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price). The stylish lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV dining table and kitchen area. The kitchen has high quality furnishing and marble surfaces. On the ground floor there is also a spacious twin bedroom (with doors opening to the garden as well as TV), a room/bedroom with a double sofa bed that can be used to increase the capacity of the villa up to 10 guests and a family shower room. On the upper floor there are 3 further beautifully furnished bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), all with TV and direct access to spacious terraces together with 2 family shower rooms (including one with double sink). The interiors of Villa Melograno III are definitely stunning!

Outside, the villa has delightfully pretty terraces, gardens with lawn and a generously sized private pool. Attracting sun all day and beautifully lit at night, the pool measures 8m x 5m (depth 1.4m) and is mosaic-tiled. 8 comfortable sunbeds are provided, together with plenty of sun shades for the hottest hours of the day. A large, shaded barbecue area together with dining table are available for the guests to enjoy delicious poolside meals.

    “Een geweldig mooi huis met eigen zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg schoon en vooral het zwembad werd elke dag gereinigd. Goede bedden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.
    Als we een puntje van kritiek mogen geven is dat de manier waarop het loodgieterswerk is gedaan. Je moest erg uitkijken dat de boel niet overstroomde tijdens het douchen. Maar als je daar rekening mee houdt is het te doen. Wij hadden geen zin in gedoe met werklui omdat het weer niet geweldig was en wij genoodzaakt waren binnen te blijven, maar we weten zeker dat ze het gefikst zouden hebben.
    Wij zouden nog graag een keertje willen verblijven in deze accommodatie.”
