Holiday home with a large outdoor area, private pool and spectacular views of the sea and Teide on the island of Tenerife.



On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining room and a kitchen with dining table. Meanwhile the upper floor with its double bedroom, its bathroom with bath and its office offers total privacy.



The whole house has WIFI and the living room with its dining table, satellite TV and its music system is the perfect space to enjoy a convivial evening with family or friends.



The outdoor area not only offers a private swimming pool (7 m x 4 m / 1,9 m) with electric heating (23 - 25°C for an extra) but also a nice terrace with dining table and barbecue to enjoy the wonderful views to the sea and the Teíde.



No parties/events/celebrations are allowed in our accommodations.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival

    “Excellent location with breathtaking ocean view. Beautiful villa with all the practical equipment you may need. Very kind and helpful landlord. Two minutes in a car or 15 minutes on foot and you are in El Pris where you can swim in the ocean. All destinations on the island are easily reachable by car (just don't trust the times the navigation gives you as it counts with legal speed limits on the roads whereas in fact you are lucky if you get up to half the speed limit on smaller roads). Also make sure you rent a car with a powerful engine as most roads are really steep. Our car struggled.
    The only small issue were the tourists in the villa across the street who were really loud at night. However this was resolved and we had a dream vacation in villa Alisio! Will come again.”

    “Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen (bis auf die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft ;-), Kein Durchgangsverkehr, perfekter Ausblick auf das Meer und den Teide.
    Cesar (Besitzer) war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
    Das Haus ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, inkl. Handtücher für den Pool.

    Wenn man etwas bemängeln will, dann vielleicht den fehlenden Tresor oder die fehlende Steckdose im Bad im Erdgeschoss (Föhnen geht aber über die Steckdose im Flur)

    Alles in allem war es für uns ein gelungener Urlaub.
    Gerne wieder!”

    “Schitterend gelegen villa op steile berghelling op 100 meter hoogte met aan 3 kanten uitzicht op de oceaan en de vulkaan Teide, Keurig onderhouden tuin en ruime schone villa met privezwembad,en ligstoelen met veel privacy, fraaie veranda om te ontbijten en s avonds te relaxen met het oceaangeruis op de achtergrond, de ruime woonkamer met comfortabele banken en zithoek hebben we dan ook nauwelijks.gebruikt. BBQ en volledig geoutilleerde keuken, mooie slaap- en badkamers. Eigenaar Cesar is zeer attent met tips en regelmatig appcontact. Enige verbeterpunt is dat de douchedruk wegvalt als de tuinsproeiers aan gaan en de kussens klein en te zacht zijn. Toplokatie voor een topvakantie met gezin.”
