Stay near River Outhe in Houffalize at this 4-bedroom villa in the Belgian Ardennes region. Perfect for a group of 9 or families with children, it comes with central heating for comfort and a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecues. This is a residential area so please be mindful of the loud noises and keep it down from 10 in the night to 7 in the morning.

River Ourthe is just round the corner for a swim and the forest is at 300 m to experience the nature. The swimming pool is also nearby at 100 m. Kids will love the Houtopia recreation center at 500 m. Visit Bastogne at 17 km to explore the war memorial museum.

You can enjoy a drink from the bar in the sitting room. There is a recreation room with small table tennis for entertainment. The lovely terrace and furnished garden invites you to spend the evening outdoors with a barbecue. Cot, high chair, and changing mat are also arranged for kids. Heating, Parking and bicycle storage are present.

Motorway lies 2 km away. Charging costs for an electric car or camper are 20 euros per vehicle.
