This beautiful terraced house only 550 metres away from the beach in Gandía and with shared pool welcomes 5 - 7 guests.

This residential of terraced houses share a beautiful community pool which will be your meeting point after a long beach day. You can wash the salt and the sand off at the helpful exterior showers and then, lets swim!!. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 5 metres while the depth goes from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. It also features a children pool sizing 6 m2 and 0.5 metres water depth. Then, after cooling down, the little ones can play a bit in the shared garden area while you sit on the benches enjoying the trees shadow. The house also offers comfortable exterior areas to enjoy the good weather in privacy. You can enjoy a succulent breakfast at the terrace of the main floor or a delicious barbecue in the evening.

The house has three floors. The exterior staircase leads to the main entrance from where we access the wide and luminous living- dining room. It offers a TV, air-conditioning and a dining table for 6 people. The modern kitchen is independent and it features everything you need to cook during your vacation: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. You will also find a washer, iron and ironing board. A shower bathroom completes the main floor. On the inferior level we find another living-dining room with direct access to the terrace where the barbecue is, so it is perfect to enjoy delicious grilled meats and vegetables while we cool down with the air conditioning. The sofa is a sofa bed. The house offers up to 3 bedrooms, with a wardrobe and ducted air-conditioning, that are located on the first and last floor. The first one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second one has two twin beds and the last one has a trundle bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this storey. In addition, we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your children.

The terraced house is only 550 metres away from the amazing beach in Gandía, of fine and golden sand and shallow waters, so the perfect place to enjoy the sea and the beach. The area offers all services needed for an independent stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants,... You can have long walks through the promenade in the evening, practice water sports, and taste the great gastronomy of this Mediterranean corner.

The pool is open from June to September, from 9 am to 3 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm. Keep in mind that it can only be used exclusively by the guests accommodated in the house.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
