Modern holiday flat with a balcony only 500 meters from the beach and the ocean

This newly built holiday flat (2018) is located in a quiet, quaint housing complex with five buildings in a residential neighbourhood on the edge of Puck. The building is accessible via three roads: two tarmacked and one beach road (ca 250 m). All roads are accessible for cars, bicycles and pedestrians.

The bright 37 m² apartment is located on the second floor, is beautifully furnished and accommodates up to four people. It offers an open plan living/kitchen/bedroom, a bathroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is carpeted and furnished with a comfortable double bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a sleeper arm chair, where two more guests can sleep. Adjacent to the sofa is the dining area. The kitchen unit, in front of the dining nook, is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a coffee maker, as well as dishes and cutlery. There is even a dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a washbasin. Four towels are included. Wireless internet is available and free of charge.

The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs. From here, you can enjoy ocean views. Adjacent to the building is a large parking space with a space for this apartment.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people. The apartment has central heating, making it a comfortable accommodation year round. The minimum stay is 7 days; stays longer than 14 days qualify for a discount.

The beach Zatoka Pucka is 300 meters from the property. Shops are equidistant. It is 500 meters into the old town with its numerous cafes, bakeries and shops. There are two supermarkets only 300 meters from the apartment. It is 300 meters to the bus stops PKP, PKS and Zatoka Pucka. On the right hand side of the piers is a sandy beach, surf shops and a grassy beach. The proximity to the coast is beneficial to patients with airway, thyroid and heart conditions.
The air is beneficial to one's health. The iodine from the sea salt is what makes it so healthy. Puck is also a great spot for bicycle trips. A path runs around the bay (40 km) and from Puck to Hel).
