Gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen in einem Familienhaus mit Grillbereich im gemeinschaftlich genutzten Garten
Diese beiden Ferienwohnungen sind in einer ruhigen Wohngegend des traditionellen dalmatischen Dörfchens Kampor auf der grünen Sonneninsel Rab vor der nördlichen Küste Kroatiens im Adriatischen Meer gelegen, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um während eines entspannenden Strandurlaubs die vielen Buchten, Wälder, Gastronomie und das Nachtleben der Insel zu erkunden.
Beide Wohnungen sind mit Klimaanlage (teilweise), Sat.-TV und Internetanschluss ausgestattet, deren Nutzung gebührenfrei möglich ist.
Im gemeinschaftlich genutzten Gartenbereich lädt Sie ein Grill dazu ein, lange Abende unter dem Sternenhimmel zu verbringen. Direkt vor dem Haus steht Ihnen auch noch ein sicherer Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist zu 90 % umfriedet, aber nicht vollständig eingezäunt.
Der Vermieter bewohnt die obere Etage des Familienhauses und steht Ihnen bei Fragen jederzeit gerne hilfreich zur Seite. Bei Bedarf können Sie einen Bootsliegeplatz erhalten, der sich 1,5 Kilometer vom Haus entfernt befindet. Gerne können Sie auf Anfrage und ohne Mehrpreis Ihren Hund mitbringen. Der Vermieter besitzt selbst einen Golden Retriever und Katzen.
Sie befinden sich hier in nur ungefähr einem Kilometer Entfernung vom nächsten Strand, der eine gute Auswahl an Wassersportarten bietet. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Strände, die meisten sind öffentlich zugänglich. Der Dundovo-Nationalpark mit seinen üppigen Wäldern liegt in direkter Nähe und die nächstgelegenen Cafés und Restaurants werden Sie in nur ungefähr 700 m Entfernung von Ihrer Ferienwohnung finden. Einen Lebensmittelmarkt, in dem auch eine Bäckerei vorhanden ist, gibt es circa 150 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es zwei Kilometer.

It can be very good point from where you will go to discover the island Rab, it's nature, beaches, history, night life, restaurants, forrest park "Dundovo" - the largest holm oak forest in the Mediterranean with many beautiful bays. FKK, gay beach, most of the beaches are public, for families - sandy beaches.
