Die Ferienwohnung ist ca. 90qm groß, liegt im Erdgeschoss und bietet Platz für 3 Personen. Die Wohnung ist exklusiv mit klassischen italienischen Möbeln, Fußbodenheizung, Safe sowie Fliesenböden ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Das dritte Bett befindet sich im Wintergarten. Die moderne Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler sowie diversen Kleinelektrogeräten. Im Flur befindet sich ein Einbauschrank mit Ersatzwäsche. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine großzügige Dusche mit WC, Einbaumöbeln, Föhn und Kosmetikspiegel. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeit sowie ein möblierter Wintergarten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Eine Erdterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln lädt zum Verweilen ein.
