Pleasant Holiday House in Eleftherna with Traditional Fireplace and Panoramic Views
This traditional stone villa is located in the rural village of Eleftherna, approximately 25 Km from Rethymno city and 11 Km from the beach at west of the village (Stavromenos area). The fully air conditioned, well maintained and modern decorated split level villa offers a generous living space of 160 m². It features an open plan living area, a top modern, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms. The villa can accommodate eight persons.
When entering the building you will walk into the living room with a traditional fireplace (constructed in 1946) and offering views to the pool and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has all the necessary home appliances such as a microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage room next to it you will also find an iron, ironing board and a first aid kit. Also here on the ground level there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet (Please note: the bathroom is specially designed to accommodate for restricted mobility).
From the kitchen, a wooden staircase brings you to the upper floor where there is a cosy living room and a fully equipped office with a personal computer. Next to this you will see the fabulous shaded terrace with outdoor furniture and panoramic views to Psiloritis mountain. Also, upstairs are the other two bedrooms. One is furnised with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the other has two single beds. And both bedrooms on this floor have their own private bathroom ensuite, with a shower, wash basin and toilet. All three bedrooms in the villa are fully air conditioned and equipped with LCD HD TVs and brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. Upon request, two extra beds can be provided.
A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. A baby cot and high chair are available on request (free of charge). There is satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system. Use of air conditioning is included in the price. WiFi internet access throughout the villa is provided free of charge.
The villa is completely private, the outdoor area and the pool are not shared. Next to the pool you can enjoy your meals in the shaded dining area with a BBQ. Or simply relax on the shaded terrace with outdoor furniture and views to the Psiloritis mountain.
