Very quiet and privileged location, with stunning sea views, this villa offers comfort and refinement with all amenities for a dream vacation.The triplex house has a cozy atmosphere with a beautiful living room, TV room, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen and balconies with amazing sea views on all floors

Garajau is located on the sunny, dry, southern coast of Madeira, the Garajau Penthouse is situated in the fashionable district of Garajau, midway between the airport, and the capital, Funchal. Taxi journey time to both is just 15 - 20 minutes. Garajau has long been known to be one of Madeira's high class residential areas and is named after the black-headed sea birds, terns, which nest in the cliffs. Garajau's high street combines the Hotel Dom Pedro Garajau on one side of the road and a bank (Barclays), a multitude of shops, bakeries, coffee shops, ice cream shop, a few patisseries and medium sized well stocked mini-markets with ATM outside, several restaurants, bars and apartments on the other. Ponta do Garajau Just below the village is a 200m high headland called Ponta do Garajau which is on the perimeter of the entry point to Funchal Bay, with its fine miradouro - a monumental statue of Christ with outstretched arms, erected in 1927 on the headland 200m above the sea. The statue is similar to the larger & more famous statues in Lisbon & Rio de Janeiro. It has good views west to the Bay of Funchal. Ponta do Garajau is a wonderful spot to watch the sun go down. The section of sea by Ponta do Garajau is a conservation area - "Reserva Natural Parcial do Garajau". It was one of Europe's first underwater nature reserves and is a marine sanctuary for whales, dolphins and seals. It has a beautiful re-developed beach with a very nice cafe bar/ restaurant.

    “Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage. Man kommt gut überall mit dem Auto hin. Das benötigt man aber auch, da bsp. der nächste Supermarkt etwas weiter entfernt ist. Mit dem Auto ca. 10min
    Das Haus selbst ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Grillutensilien fehlen, ansonsten ist die Küchenausstattung für sechs Personen mehr als ausreichend. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher und Pad-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Viele Lagerungsmöglichkeiten in der Küche. Kleiner Nebenraum mit Waschmaschine und Putzutensilien. Perfekt.
    De Couch im Wohnzimmer ist aufklappbar zu einem Bett. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und von den Zimmern ist toll.
    Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind groß und haben eingebaute Schränke mit viel Stauraum. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon.
    Das Kellerschlafzimmer ist nicht so schön. Kein Fenster und direkt neben der Garage ist dies eher ein behilfs Schlafzimmer. Bei sechs Personen ist die Couch dann doch die bessere Lösung.Es
    Gibt einige Wasserschäden durch undichte Badezimmer. Fällt aber kaum auf. Die Duschen tropften, der Besitzer wollte sich zeitnah darum kümmern.
    Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hat uns die Schüssel persönlich übergeben und war telefonisch gut erreichbar, wenn was war oder wir Fragen hatten. Das Haus war sauber und es waren Reinigung gs.Titel vorhanden.
    Die Garageneinfahrt sehr vorsichtig benutzen, bei vollbeladen Auto setzt man auf!!!!
    Der Mülleimer ist keinem kleinen Raum neben der Garageneinfahrt.
    Bei leerem Auto und etwas nach links halten klappte das einfahren aber sehr gut.
    I Ehrenamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen. Lediglich das Kellerschlafzimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Alles andere war top.”
