Holiday apartment for four people with a balcony and a view over the locality
This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a detached apartment house with a wonderful view over Manderscheid, on a quiet road with direct access to the Kurpark Manderscheid.
With around 77m² of living space, this accommodation provides ample space for a maximum of four guests. The apartment has charming and modern furnishing and has been classified as three-star by DTV. The living and dining room has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV with a DVD player, a radio and a dining corner with seating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, table grill and dining table. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (90cm wide). The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower, a WC, a washbasin, a washing machine, dryer and hairdryer. There is also a guest WC. The owner can provide a highchair and board games for all ages. All the rooms have heating. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price. There is a small stock of condiments, coffee, filters, washing up liquid, tabs, kitchen towels etc.
The living room opens onto the furnished south-facing balcony. The electric table grill allows you to prepare a sociable grill evening. You can park your car on a private parking space.
A maximum of two pets are welcome, but not in the bed or on the sofa. Thank you for your understanding.
The nearest centre is 200 metres away, the nearest supermarket 500 metres. If you would like an activity in bad weather you can visit the swimming pool 400 metres away.
