Amazing 3 bedroom apartment with a communal pool in beach resort

The ground floor is about 120 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms:
A living room with a fireplace, a TV, a sofa and a big table for dinner, faces directly to the pool. There are three bedrooms: one has a double bed, the other two have two single beds each (which you can push together to make a double bed). Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. The property is facing the communal pool which is heated, but you don't need it the summer. The pool is also suitable for children.
The resort has golf and tennis.
The beach is about 600 metres away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 3000 metres away. Although there are also restaurants and supermarket in the resort.
