Apartment in Khünburg with Private Garden

The apartment is in Kühnburg, near Hermagor on the edge of the forest and on the sunny side of the Gail valley.

The newly renovated holiday apartment with a private garden is on the upper floor. It has a very light and modern interior. The apartment measures 90m² and consists of a living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), and two bedrooms with smaller double beds (140 x 200cm). The apartment also has a bathroom with underfloor heating, a bath, a shower, WC and washbasin. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with all accessories. Cable TV, wireless Internet access and a separate room for skis or bicycles round off the accommodation.



The private garden for this apartment with grill facilities is on the west side. On the north side it borders a quiet forested area.



The first floor is occupied. A little gift of a local speciality awaits you on arrival, from the host family.



The lake Pressegger See of drinking water quality is just 3km away and can also be accessed by bicycle. The well-known Nassfeld ski resort is 10.5km away. The ski bus stops 15 metres from the house. Within 500 metres there are two restaurants. A bread rolls delivery service is available. The well-known Weissensee, the cleanest swimming lake in the Alps, is about 23km away. It is 20 minutes by car to a beautiful 18-hole golf course and a 6-hole training course. Active guests will appreciate the climbing trails up to 2500 metres in altitude and the paths over meadows. Hundreds of kilometres of mountain biking and cycling trails criss-cross the Gail valley. You can set off straight from the apartment. Riding, rafting, canyoning, summer tobogganing are also available in the valley. It is just 15 minutes to the Italian and Slovenian borders and to Villach, the second largest town in Carinthia, with its old town with an Italian flair and cosy restaurants. The first Carinthian fairground at Pressegger Lake with a big wheel etc. is ten minutes away by car.

    “Eine schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Positiv: Viel Platz in der Ferienwohnung und es war alles da, was wir benötigten. Man kann auch draußen schön sitzen. Der Pressegger See mit seinen schönen Strandbädern ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Überhaupt ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region, der Bahnsteig der S-Bahn ist auch quasi direkt vor der Tür. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Negativ: Wenn die LKWs auf der großen Straße direkt daneben vorbeirasen, ist es schon ziemlich laut. Ausflüge: Strandbad Hermagor - Schönes und großes Strandbad am Pressegger See”
