Ostend is a lively city full of entertainment and a perfect place for a beach vacation! Close to the city's beach is this neat apartment on the third floor. You can easily reach restaurants and stores on foot, but it is also possible to rent bicycles. The balcony overlooks the fenced and shared pool. This heated pool is open from mid-June to the end of September. Parking on the street for a fee.
After a beautiful day on the Belgian coast you can visit the Kursaal where you will find entertainment, diversion and excitement in the concert hall, restaurant and great casino. Some of the many beautiful sights are the museum ship Amandine, the church of St. Peter and Paul and Fort Napoleon. Enjoy fresh fish at one of the many market stalls on the promenade while the seagulls fly around. There are excellent shopping opportunities in Ostend, such as in the famous Chapel Street. Your children will also enjoy a vacation in Ostend, with a cinema, indoor playground and North Sea Aquarium nearby. In just half an hour by car you can reach the amusement park Plopsaland De Panne.

This apartment is also ideal if you are looking for accommodation near the popular Afro Caribbean Festival, which is held annually in August in Bredene, not far from Ostend.     “Clean, well maintained apartment, very close to the beach in Ostend. Well equipped kitchen and nice little balcony area flowing out from the living room.
    The apartment is well designed and makes good use of space. You walk through the children's bedroom (with two bunk beds) to reach the adult bedroom (double bed). The bunk beds might make it difficult to stay here if you had two very young children. I think it would be very cosy here if there were six people staying. I assume that the sofa is a sofabed and the living room becomes the third bedroom.
    Very handy bakery in the block which we visited for fresh croissants most days. Landerette is just round the side of the building so also very convenient.

    The flat does not have a dedicated parking space. There is paid for parking on the roads (max four hours during the day) and a large, free car park ten mins down the road by the football stadium. This free and available every day except Sunday when the football is on! Parking is a bit on a nightmare on football days, we found a paid-for multi-storey car park for that day.”
