Holiday house with a garden with barbecue area, on the edge of a ski area amidst a wonderful natural landscape, ideal for a winter or summer holiday
The house is in the little town of Vrchlabi in the Giant Mountains (Krkonose), on the edge of a ski area. The location is ideal for summer and winter sports lovers as well as those looking for a quiet holiday in the mountains.
The house is on two floors and can accommodate up to 12 people. The first floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom (for up to 5 people) has a king bed, one single bed and a bunk bed and a TV. The second one (for up to 3 people) has a double bed and a sofabed, while the third one with a king bed and three single beds can accommodate up to 5 people and a big TV. The ground floor has a big living room with a sofa suite, a fireplace and a big TV with Czech, German, Polish and many more TV programmes. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a wood-burning stove, an electric stove and oven, a microwave, an American fridge with a freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher, as well as large dining table. There are two bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. The big bathroom on the ground floor comprises bath/shower, a double washbasin and washing machine. The second bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Most of the windows in the house look out directly towards the ski lift. There is an extra room for skiing equipment. Each floor has heating. Free internet access via wi-fi is also available.
The extensive site provides ample space for the whole family and children. Enjoy a barbecue afternoon together or evening, play with the kids in the garden or relax on the terrace with outdoor furniture and a parasol enjoying your cup of coffee and the wonderful view over the whole landscape. There is something for everyone.
The house is accessible all year round, but in winter snow chains are required. There are parking spaces on site.
There is a restaurant right opposite the house. It is just 50 metres to riding stables open all year round. Hiking and cycling paths start right by the house and lead along various trails and valleys in the natural surroundings.
