Luxury vacation Villa "Livadia", Kantia, Peloponnese, Greece. 10-12 beds, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, air conditioning, pool, 4000m2 land, 700m to the beach. Amazingly beautiful, newly built Mediterranean Villa from 2014, located in Kantia only 2 hours drive from Athens airport. It is located at 2 min. Drive (700 m) from a beautiful beach and only 20 minutes by car from the historic Venetian city of Nafplio. Villa Livadia is located in a beautiful green natural environment a short distance from some quiet sandy and pebbly beaches and from the most famous archaeological sites in Greece (ancient theater of Epidaurus, Mycenae, Thyrinth, Nemea, Corinth). It is furnished with a light and relaxing interior and is designed with child safety in mind. If you want to enjoy Greek nights and nightlife, you can visit Nafplio, Spetses and Athens. The villa and its location is an ideal choice for both families and couples.
The house is suitable for 10-12 people, has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large living room and dining room, satelite TV, Wi-Fi and central floor heating. The whole house has a seamless marble floor without thresholds. The floors can be reached by a large marble stairwell. Ground floor: entrance hall, tastefully decorated spacious living room with a beautiful lounge sofa and fireplace, satelite TV and WiFI, dining room with seating for 12 people, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace with sea view. The lounge sofa in the living room can partially unfold to an extra double bed. First floor: 4 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, one with a Jacuzzi. All bathrooms are fully furnished and finished with hand-made mosaic. All bedrooms have spacious balconies with sea view. Basement: technical room and storage room, fitness room and separate toilet.
The villa is located in a protected nature area. In a quiet spur of a mountain valley and accessible via a partially paved road of about 500 meters in length. The entrance to the villa site is protected by a remote controlled gate that opens onto the driveway to the villa. There is ample parking on site. The villa is surrounded by several terraced terraces with luxury garden furniture. The territory of Villa Livadia is surrounded by about 50 own olive trees and further pine and fruit trees. The villa gives you direct access to quiet walks, sporty hikes and mountain biking in the surrounding mountains. Adjoining the terrace, suitable for all visitors, a large outdoor pool (available from 1 april 2018) with a shallow children’s section connected to a deeper section for adults can be enjoyed.
