This is a holiday house of a high standard with a panoramic view of Lake Sannesjön.
The house was fully renovated in 2016 and furnished comfortably in a Swedish style. It is very well-equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The cosy bedrooms have sloping ceilings. The cosy living room features a fireplace stove. The house is heated from the kitchen with wood, which can be purchased locally.
There is a very well-presented, partially roofed terrace for pleasant time outdoors. A fishing boat and a canoe for three adults are available for use. Bicycles are available for a fee. The site measures 2600m² and is partially enclosed. It provides a trampoline (diameter 3 metres), a swing and various toys.
You can enjoy many lakes in the area, inviting you to go swimming and fishing. The neighbouring Kynnefjäll will acquaint you with the nature of Norrland, with the Bohusläden hiking trail. The accommodation is about 50 metres from the lake, with a direct view of it. You can do basic shopping in Hedekas about 7km away. In Färgelande 25km away you can find two supermarkets, medical services, a bank, post office, hairdresser, solarium and restaurants. It is about 30km to a golf course. You can go walking all around. Fishing in our lake is permitted and free.
