This nice holiday home is located in a peaceful location, close to Opatija. It extends over one floor and consists of two living units. The terrace or balcony is orientated towards the sea, with wonderful sea view and the shaded terrace looks in the garden. The cultivated garden is filled with many Mediterranean plants. The owner lives on the ground, but the garden around the house is only used by you, so that your privacy is preserved. There are cycling and hiking trails nearby. By car you can reach beaches in Vološko, Opatija and Ičići, with an idyllic 12km long walk along the sea. Entertainment can be found in Opatija, with rich gastronomic offer and cultural events. You can also visit the nearby islands, the nature park Učka and the Istrian region.
