A holiday apartment in the holiday centre of Rim that offers a number of activities like a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and playroom. The living room is spacious and bright and connected to the kitchen. Access a large terrace from the kitchen. The apartment was renovated in 2016 and appears functional and modern. Havneby and the surrounding golf courses are within walking distance. No letting to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Lage sehr gut, Austattung sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Sauberkeit/Geruch bei Ankunft schlecht.

    Wir waren nur über das verlängerte Wochenende da, bei längerem Aufenthalt hätten wir Reinigung oder anderes Objekt verlangt, so war es unsere kostbare Zeit nicht Wert. Es ist eine Frechheit, eine Endreinigung für knappe 120 Euro anzubieten und den Mietern das Objekt in einem derart verstaubten, schmutzigen und müffelnden Zustand zu überlassen.
