Spacious Apartment in Krk with Private Parking

It is just a five-minute walk to the urban centre of the medieval town Krk surrounded by walls and with a rich history. Owing to the nearby street, there are good connections and the beach is just 600 metres away.

The 105m² modern apartment was renovated in 2020. It occupies the entire upper floor of a private house, while the owner lives on the ground floor. The apartment is suitable for a large family of up to eight people. The spacious living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace has a comfortable corner sofa. The flatscreen TV provides entertainment in the evening. The modern, open kitchen next door has a dining space and is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and two fridges. There are four bedrooms, of which three are each furnished with a double bed 180cm wide. The fourth bedroom has two single beds 90cm wide. The three bathrooms provide ample space for everyone, for a good start to the day. The first bathroom is fitted with a large bath with a screen, two washbasins, a WC and a washing machine. The two other bathrooms have a shower and a toilet.



The highlight of the apartment are the two large terraces (50m²) with garden furniture, inviting you to relax. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the natural vegetation of the surroundings with olives, figs, mimosa and oleander. Two private parking spaces are available for you by the house for the duration of your stay.

A steep access road leads to the house.

It is 250 metres to a large grocery shop, where you can find everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The town Krk also offers a range of entertainment, especially in the summer months. Children and adults can have fun on the beach and there are many events in the medieval town for those interested in culture.

    “Top Unterkunft! Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern
    2 Klimaanlagen, 2 Balkone, voll ausgestattete Küche, auch sämtliches Verbrauchsmaterial war vorhanden. Sehr sauber und alles in gutem Zustand.

    “Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, angefangen vom Geschirr, Küche, Bäder, Bügeleisen etc. Sie war sehr liebevoll gestaltet und es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Die Altstadt und das Meer sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig, ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen, 3 Badezimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer sehr modern ausgestattet und sauber. Mehrere Balkone, wobei ein großer Balkon eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer bietet. Zentrum, Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und wir haben sie bei unserer Ankunft sauber vorgefunden. Es gibt vier große, gemütliche Schlafzimmer von denen man jeweils auf einen der drei Balkone (zwei große und ein kleiner) gelangt und drei saubere Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung bietet einem alles was das Herz begehrt, insbesondere in der Küche (wo es u.a. zwei große Kühlschränke und eine Spülmaschine gibt). Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Lage des Apartments (das vom Balkon einen wunderschönen Blick auf's Meer bietet) ist hervorragend. Größere Supermärkte, Restaurants, Shops und der Hafen sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen und zu den verschiedenen traumhaften Badebuchten gelangt man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert!”
