Apartment is located in Podstrana, beautiful touristic place. Podstrana is an interesting part of the Mediterranean climate with multi-layered cultural and historical heritage and opulent tradition which pulsates together with the rhythm of the modern times. It is situated on a picturesque ecologically preserved eastern part of Splitsko-dalmatinska County, just 8 km away from Split. Facing the sea, it spreads over the foot of 533 m high Perun hill and follows a 6 km long intended coast. The inhabitants of Podstrana inherited the natural beauties, mild climate and picturesque landscapes of their region.

The holiday house is semi-detached building, 90 m2 living space, with seperate entrance, complete privacy, contains big and beautiful fully equipped kitchen and living room, washing mashine and dishwasher, ideal for long term stays, three bedrooms with double beds, comfortably fits for six people, there is a sofa bed in the living room for two people, one bathroom and one half bath.
Baby cot available on request.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children, beautiful garden, lawn, kids playground, free parking area and outside grill/barbecue.

Everything you need is accessiable by foot, restaurants, cafes, shops, beautiful beaches yust few steps from house, city Split is 8 km away, with famous Diocletian's Palace, old town, adventure tours on Cetina river like rafting, canyoning, kayaking...and much more
