Une salle de bains séparée et une chambre double air conditionné vue jardin. Rez supérieur-1er + 4 escaliers, 1 chambre double balcon vue mer/bain-wc/air conditionné. 2ème 1 chambre double vue jardin/air conditionné/bain-wc et 1 chambre triple ronde, SANS BAINS-WC, vue mer et jardin/air conditionné.Terrasse panoramique. Draps de lit et serviettes changés 1 fois chaque 7 nuits. Si vous désirez plus souvent il est possible de louer



Balcons, terrasse avec meubles de jardin et parasol. Chaises longues autour de la piscine et coins de détente ombragés. Uniquement pour les hôtes pool bar. La piscine 8,70x4,70x1,30m est hors sol. Elle doit être partagée avec les hôtes de l'autre unité. La propriété est clôturée



De la route nationale à la villa, chemin en terre battue sur 440m!!. Dans la propriété il y a 4 chiens qui vivent dans un enclos arborisé de 500m2 prévu à cet effet pendant la période estivale. Les chats sont libres.. Possibilité d'organisation d'apéritifs et sur demande nous nous chargeons des courses pour le jour d'arrivée. Au rez inférieur autre logement indépendant pour maximum 5 occupants. Le forfait électricité est de 2 kwh par personne et par jour. Les frais supplémentaires d'électricité sont redevables au prix coûtant.



Les grandes plages de sable se trouvent à 4mn de voiture. La mer est devant les yeux à 500mètres à vol d'oiseau. minimarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacie et petit dispensaire d'urgence à 1500mètres. L'hôpital est à 11km ainsi que les supermarchés
