Beautiful holiday home with a pool, a patio and a garden in Portopetro

This spacious house is located in a natural reserve near the fishing village of Portopetro and is surrounded by almond groves and sheep pastures. It is a great place to get away from it all and relax.

The tastefully furnished villa offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the others with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) each. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and even boasts a fireplace. The spacious living room is furnished with sofas, satellite television and a dining nook, as well as another fireplace. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the year. A washing machine is at your disposal.

The spacious property houses several furnished patios and a stunning pool with sun loungers and plenty of room to relax. There is also a barbecue grill. Parking for up to four vehicles is available free of charge.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The air conditioning can be used from 7 am - 8:45 am, 2:45 pm - 4:30 pm and from 8 pm to 12 midnight.

The property's location is perfect for long nature walks. Portopetro houses grocery stores, cafes and numerous restaurants and is home to the lively harbour. Enjoy excursions to coves and bays along the coast. It is just a few minutes' drive to beaches lined by pine trees. It is less than 4 km to the weekly market in Santanyi, where you can find a variety of local products and produce. We also highly recommend a trip to Mondragó Natural Reserve.

    “Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold i huset, som har en fin størrelse og som ligger i udkanten af byen Porto Petro (man kan nemt gå til restauranterne fra huset - det er svært at finde p plads i Porto Petro). Vi var især glade for poolen som har en god størrelse og som vi brugte meget. Huset er ok, men trænger generelt til en opdatering og det er kun 2 ud af 3 soveværelser som har ac. Sengen i master bed room er klart bedre end i de øvrige 2 soverum, men godt med skabsplads i alle soveværelser (dog en noget indelukket lugt i skabene). WIFI fint, men dækker ikke godt ude ved poolen. Værten er meget sød og imødekommende og yder top service.”

    “Overall villa was good, very clean and found the constant hot water for showering really good beds were single but quite comfy, washer and dishwasher new and both worked well, fridge freezer was fairly new, air con going off at midnight was a problem during the hottest nights and we moved beds into lounge from 3rd bedroom as it had no air con at all. Other than that our other problems were minor niggling thing like no dressing table or mirror in two of the bedrooms and bathroom was too dark to use mirror for makeup. Probably fine for children. The outside shaded areas were good with two different places to eat if you wanted. The pool was a really good size and was cleaned at the end of first week, slow release chlorine put in and a net and brush were available to pull out the leaves. Could do with a handrail to help older guests to get in and out but we managed with a pool chair placed at the side to help. Only 3 sun beds. But lots of chairs and tables. Handy access to pool area from master bedroom. Very quiet and peaceful area and short drive to the shops and restaurants. I would recommend if you are after a nice relaxing holiday. Positiv: Constant hot water available. Pool, Dishwasher, washing machine, beds quite comfy. Negativ: Air con not in every bedroom and on timer so no option to turn it on at hottest times. No mirror in two of bedrooms Restaurant: El Baul restaurant - Very friendly with good food”
