Studio near the beach and the centre on the first floor with a shared terrace and a grill in the garden
This detached house is just 300 metres from the beach and the town centre and is in the little, quiet but interesting village of Fazana. It is just five kilometres to the Istrian town of Pula with its famous amphitheatre.
This comfortably furnished studio for two people has 30m² of living space and is on the first floor. It is equipped with air conditioning, free wireless Internet access and satellite TV. The apartment has a combined sitting and sleeping area by the window with a sofa bed with three drawers. During the day you can relax or watch TV here, while at night it can be converted into a comfortable double bed. Separated off by an open bookcase, there is an adjoining dining space with two chairs and a cooking corner. This little kitchen is equipped with a two-ring hob, a fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. There is a wardrobe right by the entrance door. There is a bathroom with light tiles, fitted with a shower, WV, washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a mirror and a washing machine.
Guests at the apartment can enjoy a terrace with seating in the garden, with a grill and a parking space. You can sunbath in front or the terrace on the green grass or simply relax with a good book. The owner lives on the first floor and is there for you if you need anything. There is free Internet access. Pets are not allowed.
This house is ideally situated, as it is near the beach and the town centre and therefore everything you need on holiday (supermarket, bank, post ofice, restaurants, café-bars, travel bureau) is within 300 metres. There is a recommended restaurant next to the house. If you stay here we recommend visiting Brijuni national park with its safari park and beautiful nature. It can only be accessed from the harbour in Fazana. Towns such as Pula (5km) or Rovinj (25km), as well as local festivities held almost every evening during the summer season (from June to September) are definitely worth a visit.
