2. Sea View 2 Bed Apartment close to beach

This apartment is in a block of 9 apartments only. This 4th floor luxury apartment (served with lift) is finished to the highest standards and includes everything you need to make your vacation in Malta a special one. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc.

The apartment is spacious and has an area of over 120 square metres giving you ample comfortable space for you and your family. Layout is in the form of an open plan kitchen/ living with air condition leading onto a front terrace including outdoor furniture, BBQ and enjoying Mediterranean sea views. Main bedroom equipped with King bed, air condition and also with en-suite, Spare bedroom with a king bed and air condition and a Main Bathroom with shower. This property is fully equipped with all needs such as bath towels, bed linen, washing machine, fully air condition and also has a free wi-fi access throughout the property. Other amenities include a hair dryer in each bedroom, USB and universal sockets, a Moka coffee machine and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a 50-inch one -SMART LED TV with 90 Melita channels, washing machine, drying area (on the rear balcony), iron / ironing board, first aid / safety equipment and a room safe.



Large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny balcony. You can make yourselves comfortable here on the lounge furniture, use the modern gas grill and enjoy the extensive view over the rooftops of the locality as far as the blue sea and the picturesque harbour.



It is a little less than 500 metres to the sea and the long sandy beach. Long the harbour promenade you can find all kinds of shops and a range of gastronomy. Just down the road, about a 3-minute walk away, there is a bus stop (name Noqra) with regular direct connections to Valetta, the capital of the island. There is also a bus service from the airport to Marsascala .

    “Ein solides Appartment, welches man gut mit einem Kleinkind buchen kann, allerdings müssten ein paar Dinge Mal wieder erneuert/ausgetauscht werden, damit es ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis wird. Positiv: Größe des Appartments, Betten waren recht bequem, Waschmaschine, Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett vorhanden Negativ: Ungemütliches grelles Licht, Pfannen und Teller waren schon sehr abgenutzt, der Stromverbrauch ist recht knapp berechnet, sodass wenn man heizt oder die Klimaanlage anhat, man noch zuzahlen muss”

    “Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und ließ daher kaum Wünsche offen, besonders positiv für den Familienaufenthalt muss der Gasgrill auf dem Balkon hervorgehoben werden, da er das Kochen und den Abwasch extrem vereinfacht.
    Kleine Abzüge sind dem "bröckelnden Charme" der Unterkunft zuzuschreiben: Die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit lässt die eigentlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renovierte Wohnung schnell dahin altern.
    Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber spitze.”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles da was man benötigt, genug Platz und eine schöne Lage, Strand (hauptsächlich Steinstrand), Busstation und kleine Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer nähe.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend.”

    “Het appartement is in een woord super, alles heeft het.
    Het contact met de verhuurder is goed.
    Volgende keer zullen we zeker dit weer reserveren.
    Vooral omdat er twee slaapkamers zijn met eigen toilet.”
