Amazing apartment in the resort of Carcans Océan

This apartment for six is located on the first floor and is surrounded by the largest freshwater lake in France and the waves of the Atlantic Ocean in residence Les Hameaux de l'Ocean. It is only 150 m from the sandy beach of Carcans and about 200 m from the centre of Carcans-Plage.

The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with all possible conveniences. It features a living room with TV and a kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms (located in the attic) with each two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your balcony (15m2). A parking space has been reserved for your car in the central car park.

    “Die Lage ist perfekt, gleich am Surfspot und dem Pinienwald und den Dünen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Im Ort hat es gute Cafes, Restaurants, Surfschulen, Surfbrettvermietung und einen Fahrradverleih. Zudem ist Carcanplage mit dem Bus ab Bordeaux gut zu erreichen. Leider sind weitere Ortschaften mit dem Bus nicht erreichbar. Es hat dafür wunderbare Wanderwege und Fahrradwege der Küste, durch die Pinienwälder, entlang.
    Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht. Sie wirkt nicht besonders gepflegt, die eine Balkontür geht
    beispielsweise nicht mehr auf und das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber. Die Bettwäsche liegt dafür auf Bestellung hin eingeschweisst vor Ort. Da wir über kein Auto verfügten, konnten wir auch die Rückgabe des Schlüssels anders organisieren. Das Personal von Estivel ist sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Stromausfall, meldeten dies und 15 min später stand der Elektriker vor der Tür. Top!
    Ein Ort und eine Wohnung, welche ich sehr gerne weiterempfehle.”
