"The holiday house accommodates up to four people on two floors. It offers a living/dining area with an open plan kitchen on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two children, a coffee table and a satellite television with a DVD player. Adjacent is the dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is furnished with an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet on the top floor. Wireless internet access is available. A washing machine is available, as well.
The covered, south facing patio is furnished with a table and four chairs and a sun shade. The complex offers a community pool with a kiddie pool, sun loungers, a playground and a tennis court.
nPlease note: The complex has a pool that is undergoing renovation and is currently closed. (status March 2019).
It is only a five minute walk to the beautiful, 21 km long sandy beach, which reaches all the way to Morro Jable. It is ideal for aquatic sports. In the vicinity of the house are numerous restaurants, cafes and the El Palmeral Mall with shops, banks, a gas station and a car rental agency.
