This cosy studio apartment enjoys a convenient location in a residential area facing the coast in the town of Rhodos, on the sunny Greek island of the same name. From here you have easy access to the sea, as well as to the amenities in town.
The 25m² studio apartment is on the top floor of a five-storey apartment building with a lift from the year 1990. It was renovated just recently in 2015 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a light living and sleeping room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a double bed (130 x 200cm), a dresser and a dining table with chairs. There is a convenient Intercom. The Kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided and the wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
You can look out as far as the sea and the Grand Magisters Palace of the Old Town from the terrace outside your Studio.
On arrival you will find a fruit basket as a welcome gift. The owner lives in the house on the fourth floor and is happy to assist with any queries.
Your studio apartment is only about 500 metres from the long sandy beach, about a five-minute walk. Owing to the central location, you can find all amenities right on the doorstep, such as a range of shops, cafés, restaurants and the central bus stop on the island.
