A cosy holiday apartment with its own roof terrace
The house with this holiday apartment is on the outskirts of Bad Lauterberg. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the spa clinics, the Wiesenbeker pond and a forest swimming pool open in summer. It is also close to the Kirchberg thermal baths with a sauna, solarium and whirlpool, and many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. It is an attic apartment where you can relax to your heart’s content.
The attic apartment provides around 56m² of living space. It comprises a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony, as a roof terrace. The living room provides seating, a dining table with four chairs and satellite TV. It also has an additional sofa bed (180 x 200cm) that can be used by a third person. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm), as well as a bedside table and dresser. The bathroom has a bath that you can also shower in, a washbasin with a mirror, and a WC. The apartment is fitted with electric radiators.
All the rooms provide access to the roof terrace furnished with a table and chairs and offering a view of the surroundings. The house also has a swimming pool with a counterflow system (ca. 40m², usable all year round), a table tennis table and a washing machine and dryer. These amenities are shared by all house residents. There are parking spaces in front of the house.
It is a non-smoking apartment and smoking is only permitted outside on the roof terrace. You need to bring your own bed linen and towels. A dog is also welcome on request at no additional charge.
The tranquil pedestrian zone in Bad Lauterberg has many restaurants and all everyday amenities. You can go on trips to Braunlage, to Brocken, Goslar or to Wernigerode, always an experience.
