0829K122K696300 Villa in Nissaki, is set a short distance above the harbour-side village of Nissaki in Corfu island. It offers spacious accommodation, commanding views of the sea and the surrounding area and easy access to amenities. A short walk from the villa are tavernas, small shops, supermarkets and two picturesque pebbly beaches. The main villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The lower ground floor offers additional accommodation for up to 6 people and is only available as an extension to the main villa. It is ideal for large families and groups of extended friends and perfect for weddings in Corfu. It is managed with pride and care by two sisters, Eirini and Dora. The Villa is a large, three storey villa with a big pool set to the side, long balconies that extend the length of the property to the front and side and a large sun terrace on the first floor offering lovely views across Nissaki to the sea. It is perfect for large families or groups of extended friends. It consists of a large open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge on the ground floor with patio doors onto a long front balcony. The front door and windows open onto a shaded terrace with outdoor seating, pool table, brick barbecue and access to a private swimming pool. Detailed Overview Ground floor The main entrance leads to the open plan living room consisting of the sitting area, the dining area and the kitchen. Two patio doors lead to the balcony with beautiful sea views. The sitting area has two large sofas and a large arm chair and the dining area can accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and appliances such as stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer and microwave. To the front of the house there is a twin bedroom with patio doors onto the extensive balcony that runs along the front of the house and overlooks the sea. To the back of the house there is another twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and toilets. First floor A stairwell leads to the first floor. There is a small seating area at the top of the stairs with cane settees, a television and patio doors onto a large balcony and stunning sea views. A small hallway leads to the three bedrooms. There is a large twin bedroom to the front of the house, a twin bedroom with patio doors onto the balcony to the front of the house and another double bedroom to the back of the house with a small private balcony. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, showers and toilets. Lower ground floor The lower ground floor has a separate entrance through an external staircase and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of one two-bedroom apartment (for 4 people) and one studio (for two people). This accommodation is available upon request for groups larger than 10. It is only offered as an extension to the main villa and it’s not available for rent separately. The apartment has one twin and one double bedroom, a separate shower room with a toilet and a small kitchen. The studio has one twin bedroom, a shower room with a toilet and a kitchenette. Villa exterior The well maintained garden with its olive and citrus trees surrounding the property add colour and beauty to the whole of the villa’s exterior. The views over the Ionian Sea and across to the Albanian coastline are wonderful and can be enjoyed from from all areas of the villa. A small driveway leads to the side of the house where there is the front door, and a outside stairway that leads to a first floor twin bedroom and the first floor balcony. The area surrounding the house and the pool is stone paved and spacious and an attractive roofed pergola to the side of the house offers welcome shade for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is large and inviting, with plenty of sunbeds all around, and has lovely views to the little harbour of Nissaki and the sea. Set on the hillside a short distance above the harbour-side village of Nissaki, this holiday villa to rent in Corfu offers commanding views and easy access to amenities. A short walk from the Corfu villa are tavernas, small shops, two pebbly beaches and three supermarkets. The Villa has a raised location and offers spectacular views of the water and Corfu town and whilst it maintains its privacy, the villa is close to local amenities and beaches and a short drive from some of the prettiest spots on the North East Coast. Just 200 yards down the gentle hill is the first small shop, minimarket and taverna and a little further is the charming beachside village of Nissaki with its little beach, lovely harbour and choice of three waterside tavernas. Another small beach is found at the end of a little track nearby. A five minute drive takes you to the long pebbly beach of Barbati and the beautiful route to Kassiopi takes around about half an hour. Whether you prefer to leave the car at home and just walk to the local tavernas, beaches and supermarkets or whether you like to explore further by land or by sea, The Villa is perfectly located for all. For those who prefer to get out and about more, car hire and boat hire can be easily arranged and there are regular boat and island excursions that depart from nearby including boat trips to Corfu town. If you hire a car or go on a small boat trip Nissaki is the perfect place to start, being in a central position on the NorthEast Coast and not that far from some beautiful inland drives and Corfu town.
