The plot is close to a large natural area with various animals. Wooden floors or tile floors with underfloor heating throughout the entire house. There are also air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove which provides a comfortable heating during the cold months. Large bathroom with 2-persons whirlpool and a sauna for 4 persons. Combined living and dining room with access to the terrace. The living room has a large flatscreen-TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and a PlayStation. The fully equipped kitchen has i.a. fan oven and microwave oven. 4 bedrooms at either ends of the house and a large mezzanine overlooking the kitchen-family room. Large, open and covered terrace with grill. The garden has football goal, sandpit, swing set and various games. Approx. 200 m from the house is a child-friendly beach.
